There’s no doubt that young voters are motivated to participate in the 2020 election, but will they be able to keep up with the ridiculous amount of outdated, political slang thrown at them? Urban Dictionary is already known for being your go-to source for defining confusing slang, so why not help you “Define the Election” too through this social campaign?
As much fun as it is to just make snarky tweets and roast Donald Trump, Urban Dictionary wants to help young voters have access to the information they need to understand the election wherever they go. So we’re creating an app that allows users to scan words they don’t understand in articles, newspapers, and textbooks for Urban Dictionary Certified definitions.
